GENERAL TERMS AND SCHEDULING
- All purchases are non-refundable. MexicoHelicopter.com and its representatives shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by government regulations, acts of God, weather conditions, acts of terrorism, labor disputes, mechanical difficulties, pandemics (including COVID-19), quarantines, war, civil commotion, communication failures, web hosting issues, internet service provider failures, natural catastrophes, client’s failure to confirm a reservation, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of MexicoHelicopter.com and its representatives.
- All prices, availability, and departure times are subject to change without notice.
- Clients may reschedule flights in advance by emailing bookings@mexicohelicopter.com or via WhatsApp at +52 55 2513 1560.
- Requests to reschedule at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time are subject to a $100 USD rescheduling fee.
- No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of departure will result in the forfeiture of the full price.
- MexicoHelicopter.com reserves the right to cancel, alter, reschedule, or delay any flight due to:
- Weather conditions
- Air Traffic Control (ATC) delays
- Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs)
- Any situation outside of our control
If MexicoHelicopter.com cancels a flight, a flight voucher valid for 12 months will be issued instead of a refund.
- Surge Pricing Notice: During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays, peak hours like sunset flights), prices may increase dynamically to optimize availability and operational efficiency.
AIRCRAFT SELECTION POLICY
- Clients are NOT chartering a private helicopter.
- MexicoHelicopter.com solely determines which aircraft will be used for each flight based on availability, operational needs, and safety considerations.
- Clients cannot request a specific aircraft or change aircraft upon arrival at the heliport. The assigned helicopter is final.
IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- All passengers must provide official government-issued identification before boarding.
- For non-Mexican passengers, a valid passport is the only accepted document for aerial operations on Mexican territory.
- For Mexican citizens, a valid INE (voter ID) or passport is required.
- Failure to present valid identification will result in denial of boarding with no refund.
WEATHER PROTOCOLS
- Cold Weather Flights: If temperatures fall below 36°F (2°C), the pilot reserves the right to operate the flight with the helicopter doors closed for passenger safety.
- Weather-Related Cancellations: MexicoHelicopter.com may cancel flights at any time due to unsafe flying conditions.
- If a flight is canceled due to weather, clients will receive a flight voucher valid for 12 months instead of a refund.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
- Complimentary transportation is provided from select neighborhoods in Mexico City, including Condesa, Polanco, Reforma, and Roma.
- MexicoHelicopter.com reserves the right to determine whether transportation is included.
- Pick-up time is 90 minutes before flight time.
- A 10-minute grace period is allowed at the pickup location. After that, it will be considered a “no-show”, resulting in a forfeiture of the full price.
EQUIPMENT AND FLIGHT TERMS
- Cell phones and camera equipment must be secured by our staff prior to departure.
- Unauthorized actions or behavior during the flight will result in immediate termination with no refunds.
- No smoking or vaping is allowed on board.
- MexicoHelicopter.com reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs/alcohol in a manner that could endanger themselves, other passengers, or the flight crew.
SEATING AND AGE TERMS
- Seating assignments are based on weight and balance considerations.
- Passengers under 18 years old must have a parent or guardian present to sign a consent form.
- The maximum single-passenger weight limit is 350 lbs (150 kg).
- Passengers exceeding this limit (including gear) will not be permitted to fly per manufacturer safety guidelines.
PAYMENT TERMS
- All transactions will be conducted in USD or MXN.
- Reservations are not confirmed until full payment is received.
- If the credit card on file fails authorization, MexicoHelicopter.com will attempt to notify the client. If contact cannot be established, the reservation will be canceled without notice.
- Mandatory Passenger Verification for Credit Card Payments:
- If payment is made via a third-party credit card processing system (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, or similar services), the cardholder and platform account user must board the helicopter and participate in the experience.
- Failure to comply will result in denial of service with no refund.
- Clients must confirm their flight 48 hours before departure via email or WhatsApp.
- Failure to confirm will result in cancellation with no refund.
- Clients with open credit card disputes related to their booking will not be allowed to board until the dispute is resolved.

AUTHORIZATION AND IRREFUTABLE CHARGES
- By making a reservation and providing credit or debit card details, clients expressly authorize the full charge for the service.
- If a charge is disputed after the flight has been provided, MexicoHelicopter.com reserves the right to submit documentary evidence proving the service was rendered and claim payment.
REFUND DEDUCTIONS
- In cases where a refund is issued (excluding non-refundable bookings), MexicoHelicopter.com reserves the right to deduct any previously incurred payment processing fees (e.g., PayPal, credit card commissions) from the refund amount.
- Clients agree to these terms upon making a reservation.
OPERATOR DISCLAIMER
- MexicoHelicopter.com reserves the right to change the carrier or substitute aircraft as necessary for operational or safety reasons.
- If a different operator is used, clients will be notified in advance.
Helicopter Transfers – Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply exclusively to helicopter transfers booked through MexicoHelicopter.com. By booking a transfer, the customer agrees to the following policies:
2.1 Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at least 3 working days in advance to confirm the booking.
- No deposits are accepted; only full payments will secure a reservation.
- PayPal payments incur an additional 5% processing fee.
2.2 Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling is only permitted for operational reasons (e.g., airspace restrictions, aircraft unavailability, or technical issues).
- In the event of bad weather, customers are allowed one rescheduling opportunity at no additional cost, subject to availability.
2.3 Bad Weather Refund Policy
- If a customer cannot reschedule due to bad weather, a refund may be issued, with 25% deducted to cover the costs of securing the aircraft, staff, and the loss of other potential bookings.
2.4 Passenger & Baggage Policy
- Baggage will be transferred by ground transportation and is not permitted onboard the helicopter.
- Customers must provide accurate weight declarations at the time of booking. Any discrepancies between declared and actual passenger weight may incur additional charges.
- No pets are allowed on helicopter transfers.
2.5 Delays & Operational Changes
- Any delays caused by the client may result in extra charges. The fee will be determined solely by MexicoHelicopter.com based on incurred waiting times.
- No allowances or exceptions will be made for external delays, including but not limited to:
- Private jet delays
- Customs or immigration processing times
- Late hotel checkouts
- Delays caused by third-party ground transportation
- The planned departure time is final. Once confirmed, no last-minute schedule changes will be permitted.
2.6 Legal & Liability
- MexicoHelicopter.com reserves the right to cancel, delay, or refuse service for any reason related to safety, weather, or regulatory compliance.
- The pilot has full authority over the operation of the flight, including the right to deny boarding for intoxicated passengers or those violating safety protocols.
- By booking a transfer, the client agrees to MexicoHelicopter.com’s Terms & Conditions, which are legally binding.
