  • When “Private Hangar” is selected, ground transportation from Polanco, Reforma, Condesa, and Roma to the hangar is included in the price. Ask for other locations. You will be required to be available for ground transportation pickup up to 1 hour and a half prior to Helicopter Boarding selected time
  • When a helipad is selected, the cost includes operational factors such as repositioning flights (’empty legs’) to pick you up or return to base, and the ‘touchdown fees’ charged by the helipad owners. 
  • Not staying at the Ritz-Carlton or St. Regis? No problem! We recommend departing from the Heliport Near Polanco to save up to 3 hours of ground transportation time—yes, Mexico City traffic can be that intense! Plus, there’s nothing quite like the thrill of lifting off in your private helicopter from an exclusive heliport—rockstar style. 🎸
